GENERAL INFORMATION

Jii-Fishing gladly accepts orders from all around the world. You may order all items shown on our website. If you are interested in an item that is not found on our website, please email info@jii-fishing.com. It's possible that we can still deliver the products you are looking for.

HOW TO ORDER

You may order via our secure online ordering system or you may send your order request via email (sales@jii-fishing.com)

SHIPPING

We use international priority mail for shipping all orders.

SHIPPING RATES:

All international orders will be charged a fixed delivery cost of 12,50€.

DELIVERY TIME:

Estimated delivery times after we have confirmed your payment:

        •    Nordic countries and Central Europe 3–6 working days
        •    Rest of Europe 4–7 working days
        •    Rest of the world: major cities 5–12 working days;
        •    other destinations: no estimate

The estimates do not include the time required by possible customs clearance. In addition, please be aware that the transfer of funds from your bank account to the Jii-Fishing bank account can take up to 5 days.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

1. Wire transfer into our account.
2. Paypal.

In the event that no payment has been received within 15 calendar days after you submitted your order, your purchase will be cancelled.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

If you are not satisfied with the goods that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer you a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging intact.
